Noel brings a passion for good food, a cosmopolitan atmosphere and refined taste to Prague. Chefs Mickey Bhoite and David Rodgers, who have gathered culinary experiences from nearly every continent, effortlessly combine Mediterranean and Asian cuisines. Resulting into dishes that will surprise you with their extraordinary flavors.

With your help, we want to create a place in the heart of the city that feels like your own. A place where you’ll feel great on every occasion—and one you’ll love coming back to.

In a prime location on the ground floor of the new Masaryčka building, the elegant Noel Cafe will become your reliable stop during the day—whether for delicious food, Italian coffee, or something sweet to lift your mood. Whether you want to relax with a glass of wine, have lunch with clients, or meet friends for a drink, stopping by is always a good idea. And if you’re in a hurry, we’ll be happy to pack your order to go.

The menu, crafted by our chefs Mickey and David, features dishes that are light yet satisfyingly filling. Additionally, every week we introduce two new dishes that inspire us and that we’d love to share with you. Whatever you choose, you can expect uncompromising quality, 100% freshness, and unique flavor combinations. This, of course, also applies to our homemade desserts—which might just become a little addictive.

We serve food from 11:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
No reservations, just come in and find your favorite spot.

Step into a world where elegance and creativity reign. In the open kitchen, chefs Mickey and David experiment with unusual flavor combinations, skillfully playing with ingredients to give their dishes an unconventional twist. Try the tea-ramisu made with green tea—an original dessert that adds a touch of Asia to the classic Italian recipe.

At Noel, you’re welcome to spend as much time as you need—you’ll always be greeted warmly. Mickey Bhoite

Executive chef

The life story of chef Mickey Bhoite weaves together two of the world’s greatest cuisines. He draws inspiration from his Indian roots and his childhood in Tuscany, Italy, where his culinary career began. His philosophy of “comfort dining” blends authentic Italian flavors with the lightness and freshness typical of Asian cuisine. Mickey has worked at the renowned New York restaurant Le Cirque and has cooked for statesmen and global celebrities.

David Rodgers

Executive chef

Australian David Rodgers masterfully combines traditional French techniques with modern Thai cuisine in his dishes. He draws inspiration from Bangkok’s bustling street markets, transforming it into unforgettable flavors. David has showcased his culinary skills at renowned establishments such as Chin Chin in Melbourne and Shima Restaurant in the Bahamas.

Jessica Sjöö

Co-Founder

Jessica brings a global perspective and a sense of design to Noel. Thanks to her modeling career, she spent years living not only in London, where she graduated from the prestigious London School of Design, but also in Paris, Milan, and New York. This enables her to blend various inspirational influences into harmonious compositions.

Anderson Noël

Co-Founder

Anderson was born in Haiti but grew up in Boston. He is a successful model and entrepreneur who has gathered inspiration from around the world. Thanks to his knowledge of New York restaurants and the nightlife in international metropolises, he has a clear understanding of what makes a truly exceptional place.

Tommy Sjöö

Co-Founder

Swedish culinary master Tommy, together with his Czech wife Daniela, built successful ventures such as Kampa Park, Barock, and Pravda. Following his successes in Prague, Tommy opened additional restaurants in Miami and the Spanish city of Marbella. Noel is the 35th establishment he has been involved in founding.
